kxl8 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kxl8 website accessible at https://kxl8.io and all associated sub-pages, services, and features operated thereunder.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a kxl8 account and uses the Platform to participate in casino games, sports betting, or any other service offered.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit amount credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal to an external payment method.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated, represented by the symbol ৳.

Access to and use of the kxl8 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kxl8 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement on kxl8 or any related platform operated by kxl8.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy account registration and use are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of kxl8 or its game providers.

To access real-money games and betting markets on kxl8, each Player must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules govern Account registration:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the kxl8 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for keeping their registration details, including their email address and contact number, up to date. kxl8 will use these details for all account-related communications.
• Players must select a unique username and a strong password. The password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. kxl8 staff will never request a Player's password.
• Account registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their current form at the time of registration.

kxl8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible platform management standards. Players may be required to submit verification documents at any of the following stages: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or when kxl8 has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity.

Acceptable identity documents for verification purposes include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Proof of address may additionally be required in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in the format requested by the kxl8 support team.

kxl8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be permanently closed, with the balance subject to internal review.

kxl8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and internet banking channels provided by Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Player's Account within 60 seconds for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Internet banking transfers may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned to the source where possible.
• kxl8 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by the payment provider are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposit funds are used exclusively for game participation. kxl8 holds Player funds in segregated accounts separate from the company's operational finances.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the kxl8 support team.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 72 hours from the time the request is approved by the kxl8 finance team. Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically faster once approved.
• kxl8 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Payment provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
• kxl8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

kxl8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Account separately from real-money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit the current bonus before a new one can be activated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• kxl8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering will not be retroactively removed.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or arbitrage strategies — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• kxl8 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds where stated in the specific offer terms.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on kxl8 are subject to the individual game rules provided by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

All game outcomes on kxl8 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness and unpredictability. kxl8 does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a conflict between a Player's understanding of a game result and the Platform's recorded result, the Platform's server log shall be the definitive record.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, kxl8 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome from server records. Where the outcome cannot be reliably determined, the round may be voided and the Player's stake refunded to their Account Balance. Winnings paid out in error due to a technical fault may be reclaimed by kxl8 from the Player's Account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kxl8 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account Balance:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players or third parties to exploit game outcomes or odds.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform under different names, contact details, or payment methods.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the kxl8 Platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kxl8 support staff or other platform users.

kxl8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• kxl8 has received a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request to restrict the Account.
• The Account has been identified as dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
• The Player has voluntarily requested self-exclusion or account closure through the kxl8 Responsible Gaming tools or support team.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of Terms, any Balance held in the Account may be forfeited at kxl8's sole discretion. Where closure is initiated by the Player or for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach, the remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

kxl8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to every registered Player directly from their Account dashboard at no cost. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Players may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the kxl8 Platform without the prior written consent of kxl8. Game assets provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and NetEnt remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kxl8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether kxl8 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

kxl8's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kxl8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kxl8 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Continued use of the kxl8 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with the revised Terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact the kxl8 support team to close their Account and arrange the return of any remaining real-money Balance.

These Terms and Conditions are written in the English language, which shall be the authoritative version for all purposes. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Any dispute arising between a Player and kxl8 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform should first be submitted to the kxl8 support team in writing, either via live chat or by email to [email protected]. kxl8 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. These Terms do not limit any rights that Players may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Bangladesh.
